March 29:  Today there was a male and female pair of Least Bitterns out in the open along the west side of Green Cay, the first time I have seen them in that part of the Wetlands, however the nest along the north side boardwalk appears to have met with a sad fate. There was no sign of the mother and all the eggs are gone, so unfortunately it looks like predation.
