March 20:  Visited Green Cay again to see if there were any Least Bittern chicks yet.  No chicks, but a nice study of one of the Least Bitterns catching fish. Most were bite sized and easily gulped down, but two were a third the length of the bittern itself and it was fascinating watching the bird trying to swallow the large fish whole – which it ultimately succeeded in doing.
