(Nannopterum brasilianus - formerly Phalacrocorax brasilianus)

Neotropic Cormorant, also known as Olivaceous Cormorant, is primarily a tropical species with a normal very limited US range that includes only a few local spots mainly in Texas and Arizona. Note the white “V” at the base of the orange in the bill.
