Bananaquit

ABA 4

(Coereba flaveola)

Bananaquit is a rare visitor to south Florida when it occasionally strays from the Bahamas. It is presently classifed with the tanagers, but it feeds much like hummingbirds, drawing nectar from flowers with its pointed, decurved bill.
