Thick-billed Kingbird

ABA 2

(Tyrannus crassirostris)

In North America, the range of the Thick-billed Kingbird is limited to just a small area in southeastern Arizona. Note the massive bill and the peak on the crown.

I am in the process of compiling a beginning birder’s checklist for Chacala, Nayarit Mexico. It is not a commercial list. I will provide PDF copies to the schools and various posadas in town. I am having some difficulty finding a non-copyrighted photo of the Thick-billed Kingbird. If possible, I would like to obtain permission to use one of yours. Thank you for your consideration.
