April 8: With spring migration underway, Evergreen Cemetery in Fort Lauderdale is always a good place to go for warblers. Activity is usually better in the
morning, but the light for photography is much better in the afternoon. A mix of nine warbler species today including a bright male Hooded Warbler, a female Prothonotary Warbler, and a particularly skulky Swainson’s Warbler that stayed in the dense stuff and managed to avoid being photographed.
