Franklin’s Gull’s appearance is somewhat similar to Laughing Gull, but it has a vastly different, inland (instead of coastal) range, and has more prominent white eye arcs, a thinner and more delicate bill, and larger white spots on the wing tips. The underparts may show a pink blush.
