Pacific Golden-Plover breeds in Russia and Western Alaska, and may occasionally be seen along the Pacific coast in winter, but is not seen in inland US. It is superficially similar to American Golden-Plover, but has a thicker bill, longer legs, and the white color extends all the way down along the flanks.
