Pink-footed Shearwater

Limited to the Pacific coast, Pink-footed Shearwater is identified by its pink bill and light underside. By contrast, Flesh-footed Shearwater has a pink bill and dark underside, and Sooty Shearwater has both dark bill and dark underside.
