2/26/23:  No new birds, but yesterday we had an interesting visitor to our back yard here in Boynton Beach, FL…a Brown Basilisk. This prehistoric-looking lizard is native to Central America and Mexico and is an invasive species in the U.S. It is also known as the “Jesus Lizard” because of its unique ability to walk (actually, scamper) on water.
