White-crowned Sparrow

(Zonotrichia leucophrys)

White-crowned Sparrow has a distinctive black and white striped head with a gray face and unmarked gray breast.  Juveniles lack the black and white and instead have brown facial markings and are sometimes mistaken for Chipping Sparrow.
